Keeping Us All Safe
Sickness/COVID Policy
The best I can do for all of us in this situation is to be consistent. If I get sick, no one will have care (at no cost to you) until I've been tested and symptoms have subsided to the point that I can keep them to myself.
Please see below for the protocol in the event that your child exhibits symptoms.
Single Family Policy
If children are exhibiting symptoms, care will be rescheduled for the following week if it works for everyone.
If care can't be rescheduled, it will be cancelled at no cost to the parents until the child has received a negative COVID test. Upon receiving a negative test, children may return to care provided they are well enough to participate in programming.
I am not charging for sick days right now to encourage parents to keep their children home when they're sick and to get them tested. If a session is not cancelled before my arrival and a child has COVID symptoms, the session will be cancelled and you will be billed.
Multi-Family Policy
If children are exhibiting symptoms, care will be rescheduled for the following week if it works for everyone.
If care can't be rescheduled, it will be cancelled at no cost to the parents until the child has received a negative COVID test and is symptom free.
If one child is sick and the other is not, the family with the healthy child will have the opportunity for individual care in their home at individual rates (no obligation).
